At Heron Power Capital, we don’t just acquire companies — we transform them. We’re building a new kind of industrial holding company, purpose-built to modernize and scale U.S.-based manufacturers of switchgear, panelboards, and power transformers. We focus exclusively on the electrical distribution equipment sector, targeting companies in the $2M–$10M EBITDA range, often family-owned and under-optimized. These are strong legacy businesses, but they’re stuck in outdated systems, underutilized data, and siloed procurement structures. We see what others overlook: not just earnings, but untapped operational potential.
